Employers
Employers who would like to participate in NHRS for their full-time Employees must contact NHRS. Participation for full-time Teachers, Police and Fire pesonnel is mandatory.
Employees, Firefighters, Police Officers, Teachers
Membership in NHRS may be mandatory or optional, depending on the employment position that an individual occupies. As a member, one is required to make regular contributions to NHRS.
