NHRS has compiled some answers to frequently asked questions concerning House Bill 561 (Chapter 293, laws of 2018 ), which changes several statutes governing part-time, post-retirement employment of retired members of the New Hampshire Retirement System by NHRS-participating employers. These changes take effect January 1, 2019.
