CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Retirement System partnered with Citizens Bank to upgrade the current “NHRS QuickPay,” which is an online bill pay service that facilitates the submission of employer contributions via ACH (Automated Clearing House) at no cost to participating employers.

The new version of the NHRS QuickPay is now available and can be accessed here: https://bill-pays.com/ebpp/NHRETIREPRO

NHRS encourages employers to check out the QuickPay site and set up their new account beginning March 10th. Employers have the option of using the same user ID and password from the old QuickPay system or can choose to create new credentials. Anyone who has questions on setting up an account or troubleshooting the new site should call NHRS at (603) 410-3508.

Step-by-Step instructions on how to use the new NHRS QuickPay are available and can be accessed on the NHRS website at https://www.nhrs.org/docs/default-source/employer-education/nhrs-quickpay-instructions.pdf.

Employers will see the same features as the old version of QuickPay, they will just look a little different. The biggest difference being that invoice information is automatically loaded into the system. This means that there is no longer the option to change the amount of the payment from what is shown on the invoice. In addition to this change, employers will notice that their vouchers will appear the day following posting and payments will not be able to be made until then. Employers will also want to note that the new QuickPay site will no longer automatically save payment accounts for enrolled users. Employers will now be prompted to save their payment accounts.

The new site also boasts several new features which include:

  • A new “Contact Us” link on the login page.
  • A new “Help” link on the login page.
  • A more secure enrollment process which requires a phone number for site enrollment.
  • Post settlement history will increase from 3 to 5 payments.
  • Amounts due will be displayed on the "Pay My Bills" Screen.
