NHRS has posted a revised version of Interpretive Memorandum 2013-3 regarding Extra and Special Duty Pay (ESDP). 

The revisions provide additional guidance on the use of federal and state grant money to pay for extra shifts on DUI checkpoints and similar activities and on the meaning of the term “commences service” in RSA 100-A:1, XVII, I(b)(3).
