Congratulations…You’ve almost made it to retirement! This two-part presentation will cover important information you need to know about your NHRS benefits as you approach the end of your career including instructions on how to fill out an NHRS Group I Retirement Application Packet for Service Retirement. Much like an in-person appointment the presenter will help to prepare you for retirement by assisting you with completing the application packet via a live demo.

The webinar is geared toward members planning to retire in the next 3-12 months. If retirement is farther away than 12 months, we recommend that you attend a Group I (Employee and Teacher) Summary webinar. Summary webinars are scheduled monthly (https://www.nhrs.org/meetings-events/).

Please note that the application packet for Group I (employee and teacher) members is different than the application packet for Group II (police and fire) members. Separate presentations will be scheduled for Group II members.
