The annual NHRS member statements will be available through My Account, the retirement system’s secure online portal, by December.

These statements will reflect data submitted by your employer through June 30, 2024.

If you haven’t set up a My Account yet, now is a great time to do so. Don’t worry, signing up is easy. Visit the retirement system’s website at https://www.nhrs.org/my-account for step-by-step instructions.

NHRS will send another email when the statements are available, but here are some things to think about when viewing your statement and your My Account:

• Make sure that the person listed as your beneficiary is correct. Your beneficiary information can be updated at any time before retirement. Check and, if needed, update your beneficiary information after any major life change, i.e. marriage, children, divorce. If the person listed as your beneficiary is not correct, complete a new Designation of Death Beneficiary(ies)(Pre-Retirement) form and submit it to NHRS.
  
• Look at your service credit, which is a key variable in determining your retirement benefit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service credit, please call the NHRS office at (603) 410-3500.
